Always choose by the neck diameter – that's what stays inside and determines how stretched you are while wearing it. Because the C-shape allows DoubleJoy to fold slightly during insertion, you can comfortably go up to 1 cm larger than your usual max. If your current comfortable max is 8 cm, start with an 8–9 cm DoubleJoy.
The open side – the space for a penis or toy – is always approximately half the max diameter. A 10 cm DoubleJoy leaves roughly 5 cm of open space alongside it. Keep that in mind when choosing for partner play.
