What materials do you use for your toys?
We use Platinum Cured Silicone for all of our toys. This high-quality silicone is completely body-safe, non-toxic, and hypoallergenic. Our toys are also colored using pigments that meet the same health and safety standards, ensuring that every product is gentle on your skin and safe for intimate use.
How long does it take to receive my toy?
For most orders, our production time is between 7-14 days. However, for fully custom-made toys, the process can take up to 21 days in rare cases. We take great care in crafting each product to your specific needs, ensuring the highest level of quality. Since we are based in the Czech Republic, shipping typically takes 1 week across Europe after production, 1-2 weeks to the USA, and 2-3 weeks to other distant countries.
How are the packages shipped?
We ship all of our products in plain brown boxes with no indication of what’s inside. Our packaging is designed to be completely discreet, ensuring your privacy.
What’s listed on the shipping label?
The shipping label only features the name of the person who prepared your package—not our brand name. There is also no mention of the contents or the price of the product, so your purchase remains confidential.
